  • UHA is accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS), the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE), the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA), and the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA). UHA is also a member of the Kentucky Association of Independent Schools (KAIS).

  • The mission is to provide a college preparatory foundation by fostering academic excellence and character development.

  • Admission is determined by placement tests, previous school records, recommendations, application review committee, and an interview of the parent(s) and applicant with the Head of School and/or the Director of Admissions. 

  • UHA uses Veracross for our Student Information System (SIS), Magnus Health for Health and Enrollment Documentation, ParentSquare for all communications, and Google for Education as our Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Required documents include an up-to-date Kentucky Immunization Certificate, a physical examination on a KY Certificate, and an official birth certificate and Social Security Number submitted online through Magnus Health. Specific requirements may apply for Preschool, Kindergarten , 6th-grade, and Juniors regarding immunizations (Hepatitis B, MMR, Hepatitis A, and Meningococcal ACWY vaccine).
