Enrollment Information and Checklist

 

Welcome Parents,

This checklist is provided to help you complete your child’s enrollment. All steps apply to each student whether the enrollment is for the upcoming semester or for immediate consideration during an ongoing school year unless indicated. Omission of steps is with administrative approval only.

UHA will request permanent records from the previous school. If the health record, birth certificate, and academic records are not received in a timely manner, parents will be expected to furnish these documents.

Once Enrollment is complete, we need to collect your Required Forms before your student(s) can attend school!

Once your enrollment checklist is complete as an applicant, Your Veracross account will be provisioned a Parent Portal role in our Student Information System – Veracross. At that point, you will have access to Magnus Health, in your parent portal, which is where we securly collect and store our required forms and medical documents. Required forms are determined by the conditional questions for each of your students and or the grade being entered. Once all document requirements in Magnus Health have been completed, your student(s) is/are fully enrolled and ready to attend University Heights Academy.

Applicants may not register for classes until all documentation is complete.
